Action and learning are in unit ;Use hands and brain in combination;Virtuality and reality mutually proved.

职业教育，只有在民族解放、民权平等、民生幸福的社会里，才能实现他的造福人群的理想。

Only in a society that nationalities are emancipated , civil rights are in equality,livelihood are happy ,can vocational education’s ideal of benefiting the masses come true.

教育以“人”为本。不是把课本或学校做本位，亦不是把地方或国家做本位……以人为本，便是为“人”而教育，在孩子身上用功夫，教育他成为一个社会优良健全的分子。

Edcuation is people-centred.It is neither textbook-centred nor school-centred, neither region-centred nor nation-centred……People-centred is to educate for people ,to put efforts on children,and educate them to be good and healthy members of the society.

所谓职业教育……叩其目的，一使学生无力受高等教育者，受此教育，得相当之职业，一使已就职业者，受此教育，助其业务之改良与进步。

The vocational education……to quest for its goal,first is to make the students who could not receive higher education receive it and acquire a proper vocation;second is to make the occupational people receive it and help them to improve their work.
